Are your boots waterproof?
Most of our boots are 100% waterproof, with some being water-resistant. The way to know the difference is that any of our boots on our website that show a water droplet symbol are fully waterproof.
Where can I buy these boots?
If you use our store locator feature, you'll be able to find the closest Grisport retailer to your location.
We prefer sending potential customers to one of our many wonderful retail partners across North America in order to support their businesses!
What is your warranty policy?
We give a guaranteed 6 month warranty for every pair of boots sold. What this means is that if there is a clear manufacturing issue with the Grisport boots that you purchased, just send us a picture of the problem and we will happily send you a new pair or a credit!
We DON'T need the old boots back in order to approve the warranty claim. Our warranty process is easy and worry-free!
How do I know my size?
Our footwear is true to fit. This means that if you are a US size 9 in other footwear brands, you will also be a size 9 in our footwear, even if you have a wide foot!
